Remarkable American craftsman willing to share his process and methods. Available for lectures that recall the history and value of the barrel in the development of the United States.
I ordered a Koji Muro from here and just tried fermenting my first batch. John was kind enough to rush the order for a special occasion, and was responsive to all the questions I asked before and after the order. As a fermenting newbie with no woodworking skills, it is great having a premade fermentation chamber like this where everything you need is included, available from here in the USA. The excellent craftsmanship was worth the price.
