I have used them before, and been pleased. However, I asked for an estimate to repair my wedding band that had two missing stones (as part of an infinity band), and their quote was more than the cost of the original purchase which included about 16 stones. I contacted my parent's jeweler in Chicago (because I know I can trust them as they have been using them for many years) an they repaired it for what I would have expected, about 1/5th the price of what Quenton Elliot quoted me.
Quenton Elliott has been my jeweler for all my adult life. They are great to work with and have fabulous one of a kind pieces. They have always made me feel welcome, and that my input was interesting to them when I was making a decision on a gift or something for myself. First Class, not suited for people that prefer Malls and Chain Brands.
