Quentin takes decades of experience and focuses into your body to help you heal and strengthen. My lower body took a toll from caving and climbing and Quentin knew exactly how to release tension and kinks in my lower body. He will take the time to know your physical and mental state before starting and although I do not know much about body work, I do know the results and am very satisfied- it's what I needed.
Quentin is adaptable, skilled, and knows how to ask the right questions. He helped me work on shoulder and upper back tension from lifting in a way that was both practical and energetically focused. He was able to put me at ease and do very deep work in a short amount of time. He is very attuned to his clients needs and comfort. I always learn so much from working with Quentin!
Quentin is not only an adept practitioner, he is also really skilled at teaching. He is attuned to the feedback the body gives to his touch, and his rhythm is so steady, I was able to enter deeper states of trance and relaxation in my session. He assists in healing by working with the meridians and subtle energy. His personal cultivation is evident in his bodywork. He is a generous and magical person. His space is feels clear. I highly recommend booking a session or training with him!
I consistently have a fantastic experience working with Quentin. He is very intuitive and responsive to what my body needs. I look forward to every session because I know I will come away floating and released.
