Terrible customer service , the girl in the front doesn’t know anything about claims and the guy who was gonna give my brother an estimate for his car that was hit first said they don’t call insurance because it’s a long process than said if we want an estimate is 200 dollars but than the girl went out spoke to him told him we agreed and then switch it up once again , if you don’t wanna do the job just say it but don’t switch up things every 5 mins 🤷♀️ 100 percent don’t recommend this auto shop

Very easy, car looks like new, but got money from GEICO, which I paid from my pocket for internal repair at Land Rover dealership.
Everyone at Quentin Auto Center was extremely helpful, very attentive, communicative and did a great job on our vehicle. They established a timeline for completion of the work on the car and fulfilled it to a tee. Great work and a great business over there at Quentin. I highly recommend this place for your car needs. We are fully satisfied with the repair of the front bumper of our Toyota Sienna, they did more then they supposed to do, they cleaned the car inside and outside and they finished the work at the time they told us. Thank you Quentin Auto Center.
