Dr. Quentel and his staff have been incredible. As an adult needing orthodontics, it can be a struggle with juggling timing of appointments during work and length of treatment. He and his staff worked well with my professional schedule to make sure that I could balance work and the forward progress to give me a smile I am proud of. I can personally attest that Dr. Quentel cares that his clients are happy and satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend.
Friendly, professional and truly fantastic team. Dr Quentel and team were able to change my son’s smile with orthodontics instead of surgery. Their dedication to transformation is second to none.
I have always had good experience with the treatment for my son, except that the last time he went in, he was put in rubber bands and they forgot to tell us to keep an eye on the bite and stop the rubber bands at a certain point, to them is not a big deal apparently since I have called them to and request a call back from anybody in charge but nobody has called back. Both my boys have gotten braces here, love the staff super friendly and patient. They are always considerate of my time since a have a hour drive home. Will definitely be going back once my daughter needs braces. I highly recommend!!
