Update: Quench's technician came the day after I posted this to replace the unit's pump which had failed. Management reached out to apologize for the miscommunication and issue a credit. I appreciate the follow-up, and have increased my rating to 4 stars based on these responses. Original review: We leased a Culligan Quench water and ice machine for about a year and it worked well—until the pump broke and flooded our store over a couple of days while we were closed.
