They will not let you cancel and they will keep billing you. :-/ We have tried since January to cancel. It is now August. We have called them 6 times to cancel and received 6 emails confirming our cancelation. But then we are routed to a sales person for "full cancelation." But we are never called and they keep billing us. I hate to say it, but they are SCAM. :-(

Don’t sign anything! This is not a company who is good with working business to business! There are no liquidated damages in their contract so if you have to close your business, for any reason, you are going to be responsible for the full contract value, no matter what. I’ve been in business for 30 years. I’ve signed many contracts with many companies. I’ve never seen one that did not have a liquidated damages clause. I was a customer of Stony Brook Water and this company bought out the contract. They are terrible to work with they don’t communicate. I’ve asked for a call back. I’ve called multiple times about issues and no one will call me back. Run do not walk get away from this company as quickly as you can! Don’t sign anything! Find any other Water company whatever you do don’t do business with these people who have terrible customer service and will not have a conversation and call you back when requested
