Erin Bedard was very professional, polite and got the job done efficiently.
I wrote a review saying how my contract with stoneybrook was fraud signature. I have paid my bill up to June. MY machine finally got picked up after more than 2 phone calls. Now trying to charge me till dec on a fraud Stoneybrook contract. Was not my sisters signature and now trying to use this contract. Someone contacted me but i did not get this name. Told me i was all set
Just wanted to give a shout out to Customer Service Rep, Thomas, from Texas. He was much friendly, more helpful and polite than the average customer service person... his warmth came through the phone and he helped me resolve the problem quickly.
We were having issues with one of the machines at our location. Thomas M. was extremely helpful with setting up a service call. not only was he helpful, he was a pleasure to talk to.
