Just wanted to give a shout out to Customer Service Rep, Thomas, from Texas. He was much friendly, more helpful and polite than the average customer service person... his warmth came through the phone and he helped me resolve the problem quickly.
We were having issues with one of the machines at our location. Thomas M. was extremely helpful with setting up a service call. not only was he helpful, he was a pleasure to talk to.
The customer service representative that I spoke with was very professional and had amazing interpersonal skills. His name is Thomas M. It is nice to deal with someone who from the start of the conversation, had a tone that displayed "I aim to please". I am a supervisor, and that is the type of person I would love on my team.
Patrice Foy was very helpful in submitting my work order.
