hands down best service ever! i’ve never liked getting my hair done nor liked my results until i visited quench. Kate did everything and beyond what i wanted done on my hair. even though i wasn’t completely sure what i wanted myself and quite conflicted, she helped me put it into words and get my hair perfect. thank you so much for an amazing experience!!

On Wednesday 12/17/25 I went for a root touch up and to bring some evenness to my hair colour with a brighter tone already present in my hair. Being a natural red head, I was very clear that I didn’t want any unnatural looking bright orange, brassy, fake bright red, copper colours, exactly what I ended up with. I had an outstanding experience at Quench. The whole team worked together seamlessly to fix an uneven black dye job I came in with. They color-corrected it beautifully and brought me back to my natural brown, and it looks incredible. Everyone there was warm, kind, and genuinely invested in getting it right. Professional from start to finish, and just a pleasure to be around. I walked out feeling like myself again. Highly recommend.
