Both Jaci and Ashley took great care with my request to lighten my greying hair to match a fake pony tail for a wedding. Communication with the team was amazing! Jaci tested my hair to ensure it would work, and they matched the tone perfectly with a full head of foils. I'm going to go back for a gloss and style right before the wedding. Can't wait!
I asked for a trim and layers to lighten up the ends of my hair. This is what I got.
I have gone to this salon twice now and both times my hair was a mess. The first time I had it lightened to a lighter red and asked for my roots to match the rest of my hair. I was left with 2 inches of dark brown roots and the rest of my hair was light red. It looked so awful I ran home to bleach and dye over it immediately. The second time around I asked for my roots to match again but somehow left with much darker roots just like the first time, except slightly more tinted burgundy which atleast in certain lighting isn’t ... read more

My partner and I are from Switzerland and are travelling through Salt Spring Island. It's difficult to get a hairdressing appointment on a road trip. We were very pleased that this was possible at Quench. The consistently positive reviews prompted me to book an appointment online.
