We used Wa-2 water for many years and then Quench bought them out. We paid them a service contract for many years, the equipment broke, they provided very large quotes to replace it, so we switched to a different provider. Today that provider showed me the state of the Quench coolers. They are filthy. Every 6 months they replaced the water filters, but did not sanitize the inside of the cooler. It was disgusting and i can't believe we have been drinking that water for who knows how long.
There is no store available in Vancouver to go and purchase a home water filter replacement cartridge and they charge you 19.99 shipping rate for a 49.95 cartridge!! Previous management had a warehouse where we would go pick up the filter. Not anymore. Disappointing and unacceptable . Follow up — Thanks @Quench. I had directly messaged you from your website contact service platform with my contact details. Looking forward for a positive solution.
Contracts auto renew without input from client. Stated we had a service schedule, but never scheduled any service unless we requested. Would not recommend. EDIT: Note no one contacted me to make it right.
Awful customer service. No one answers the phone. No replies via email. Once you actually get a hold of someone the product is quite good. Edit: They have time to respond to Google reviews but not help customers. Classy
