There is no store available in Vancouver to go and purchase a home water filter replacement cartridge and they charge you 19.99 shipping rate for a 49.95 cartridge!! Previous management had a warehouse where we would go pick up the filter. Not anymore. Disappointing and unacceptable . Follow up — Thanks @Quench. I had directly messaged you from your website contact service platform with my contact details. Looking forward for a positive solution.
Contracts auto renew without input from client. Stated we had a service schedule, but never scheduled any service unless we requested. Would not recommend. EDIT: Note no one contacted me to make it right.
Awful customer service. No one answers the phone. No replies via email. Once you actually get a hold of someone the product is quite good. Edit: They have time to respond to Google reviews but not help customers. Classy
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work as a manager in a store with a now quench water machine. We were a WA-2 customer and had an amazing machine that lasted us 13 years. It finally bit the dust and we had to replace it with a new quench machine. After a month the quench machine has already stopped working. As a returning customer, I can speak from my experience that Quench's customer service and staff are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. Felix is an amazing sales rep. super helpful and Dave (installation) is super friendly and will do the job right. Highly recommend this water cooler at your office, clinic or wherever you need top quality water filtration that has hot/cold feature.
