We feel as though we have been cheated by this company! It was our first time doing business with these folks, and we were referred by a longtime family friend. Had we at least gotten the two keys we needed after our ignition switch was fixed, it wouldn't have been quite so bad. Now, my husband still has to go and have to pay yet someone else to sync one of the keys (since we didn't get the two we had requested and were told we would get). Had numerous issues out of a motor rebuild they rebuilt. A month after getting it back still having these issues. Confront about the issues and Cookie responded with “no longer my problem” even with a one year warranty listed on the paperwork. Sad to see someone who spent $5000 with someone can’t even get their car fixed one month after it being out of the shop.
