STOP coming to my door at all hours to sell your services. Stop ignoring the no soliciting sign. Seriously, stop it. If you have to work this hard for business, that’s a bad sign. I already have pest control service and your door to door person is very aggressive and rude. Not a good look.

Wouldn't recommend this group to anyone searching for pest control services. If you have any account, service, or technical questions, don't expect a competent or polite answer. I only found out via their onsite technician that their service changed to only cover a very limited area around the house which is not what I initially signed up or was paying for. Signed up for quarterly service and was told I would be billed quarterly. Got the initial complimentary service in May and then nothing, reached out to my sales guy and got no response. Called customer service at the end of July only to be told my services was scheduled for Aug 5th and someone would reach out to me a few days before. Again nothing. During this time I find out Quell didn't set me up for quarterly billing, instead Quell has been charging me monthly for my 3 month service which I hadn't gotten. Called to cancel... read more
