⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Quell Pest Control! Gabriel was fantastic to work with and made the sign-up process quick and easy. Orlando communicated well, arrived as promised, and completed our first service at our new home the very next day. Great customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness from the entire team.
Similar experience with the soliciting. They came to my door and claimed the prior owner used them (they did not) and said they’re scheduled to do their next service tomorrow. Very obviously lying. Fraud/scam techniques.
This company is one big scam who preys on those to lock them into a contract with a “over promise, under deliver” mentality. Their sales staff also will solicit at all hours of the day and night apparently. One of them came up to my house at close to 9pm to try to sell their services and scared my sister and mother-in-law not knowing who they were or what they wanted. These people don’t want to help you, all they want is your money.
Don’t appreciate the constant door to door solicitation when I have two under two. I bought a no soliciting sign for it to be disregarded twice on different occasions. I have been getting weekly visits since I moved into my home. I have pointed out the no soliciting sign each time they ignored and then still to have your workers continue to bother.
