Dr. Winn and the rest of the Quell staff are wonderful. They took the time to explain procedures, complications, and answer any questions I had. I have been going to them for over a year and will continue to recommend and use their services.
Dr. Snyder and his NP are very compassionate and caring when creating treatment plans for migraines. I am happy to report that using my medication, and treatment has reduced my migraines significantly, and I am looking forward to the second treatment because I will have even less migraines, but the intensity and frequency of my current migraines have improved so much with just one treatment and the medication. Dr. Snyder and staff have been nothing but wonderful. The migraines I get can be hard to treat. Often requiring medical intervention once they reach a certain point. They have always been patient and kind. The staff are also great about keeping ontop of medication and dealing with insurance. I have zero complaints. I drive an hour just to go to this practice. When you have to deal with a specialist for a chronic issue office staff can really make or break your experience even if the physician is good. This practice has both.... read more
I started going here after my neurologist moved out of town. I found this place by chance on Google and I’m so glad I did! Dr Snyder takes his time with you learning what are the root causes of your headaches and educates you on treatment options. I suffer from not only painful migraines but vestibular migraines that cause dizziness. He looked at all of my previous care and meds and came up with a plan to start. What a joke. If they run their office how they make appointments, good luck. Spoke to someone yesterday and after being transferred a bunch of times I finally spoke to someone and gave ALL my information and got an appointment scheduled. I promptly took that day off work and secured a sitter for my kids. Today they called to make me an appointment … when I said I have one they explained no one saved it and my credit card info wasn’t on record.
