Booked for today at 4pm. When I booked online it did not take me to make a deposit or say to. So didn't think I needed one. Got to the location at 4pm exactly. Go in and another girl is getting her hair done and she ask if I have a appointment. I show her I clearly have one. She then says Jasmine Hawkins left for the day. She calls her in front of me and gets off the phone and say she's not coming back you didn't leave a deposit. My hair is curly and thick. I had to blow dry it which took a long time. I love everything about Jasmine...and this is only my second visit! I'm going to enjoy my loc journey with her.

Will definitely be back when I'm come back through gary. Hard to find a good stylist as a trucker place is less then ten minutes from loves and the service here was great. Told her about how with my hair being short most people braids to tight and she did a great job no pain after she was finished and the braids look great.

Wish I could give ZERO stars, FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING….. Shawnese Canceled my appointment an hour and a half before my scheduled time, Sent me a text asking if I could reschedule for the next day because she wasn’t feeling well but before I had a chance to respond she updated my appointment anyway for the following day, that was very UNPROFESSIONAL I could of had to work or anything, Not to mention I had things plan but couldn’t go anywhere because my hair was all over my head then today I woke up to a text saying I n... read more

I loved my hair and the whole experience I got a same-day appointment she was fast and her prices are reasonable also she was very nice and explained everything and answered all my questions.
