I loved my hair and the whole experience I got a same-day appointment she was fast and her prices are reasonable also she was very nice and explained everything and answered all my questions.

Cancels on you an hour before your appointment with no explanations. Haven’t got a chance to actually see her work since she cancels even when I put down the deposit… guess I never will. Practice better customer service Update: I forgot she was the same person that provided horrible service the first time and I ended up booking her. Owner was polite and provided a same day appointment. I requested 10 braids with a middle part. Braids did not match the request. Final result at the bottom 😔

Canceled at 3:00am the morning of my appointment. I was notified through Booksy even though we had been communicating through text. I called and texted no response, so no make up dates offered. Very unprofessional.
