My daughter asked for a prescription for antibiotics as she’s not well no telephone appointment was offered and she was told to go to the chemist next door where she could be assessed but it was explained that she’s too weak due to 2 other medical conditions so the surgery told her to phone 111 after 6.30pm ! I completed an Econsult on Monday, was asked to call to book an appointment on Tuesday. Was seen Tuesday afternoon by Dr Jabar, who was very kind and actually listened to my concerns. Like a family and go above and beyond
I would like to thank Dr Azeem for the minor surgery I had to remove a cyst from my head. He was excellent and made me feel very comfortable his bedside manner was wonderful. I would also like to thank the receptionists and nurses that I have met as all have always been very helpful. Wonderful practice.
