The staff at the North York location were cordial, professional, and respectful. The setup process for the test was very efficient, taking roughly 15–25 minutes to apply all the necessary components, primarily to my head. The full sized bed’s mattress was nice and comfortable. One inconvenience, however, was the lack of a shower or wash station after the test. I found the staff was very friendly, but the doctor was not compassionate with the results of my "Severe Sleep Apnea" Doctors that don't have bedside manner should not be doctors. I am 45 years old and have had Epilepsy since I was 7. I have had my fair share of neurologist and doctors and this was the first time I will have to get a CPAP, no sympathy with my results or what I had to do. I would rather put myself in slight debt and fly to Johns Hopkins and get it done

I've been to this location twice for a sleep study; the most recent one was this week. Always a positive experience with the staff and lab. Bed is clean and comfortable, they thoroughly explain the process and results come in a few weeks later.
