This is a well-managed dealership and service centre. The place is modern, the waiting area is pleasant, the software they use for booking service appointments and keeping customers notified at every step is pretty great, and you even receive a SMS with a link to pay your invoice online instead of at the counter. They recently changed their service personnel who now include car washing in the regular maintenance service. The parts department is also good at ordering any official Mitsubishi accessories you'd like.
Terrible call response… I’ve been trying to book a maintenance appointment by phone for 2 weeks now and nobody answer the phone at service center!!! The receptionist transfer the call, nobody answer and the call ends. Very disappointing!!!!
Outstanding service. Ali, what a breath of fresh Air. Knows his products. An absolute joy to speak with. We went with another manufacturer but had to call this Gentleman out. Let us walk n check things out yet eying from a distance. Knew when we needed some assistance and pop he was there. This is how it should be anywhere. BEAUTIFUL CARS, GREAT TEAM! I’ve been going to this dealership for a few years now, and it’s always been a pleasure. I recently decided to trade in my Outlander for a new one, and Raheel (Ali) was fantastic. He maintained the highest level of professionalism and care throughout the entire process, helping me build the exact look I wanted.
