The receptionists are always ready to help you. Sometimes it’s hard to get through but it’s not their faults. Dr Small is such a well respected and knowledgeable doctor. He really takes the time to explain and answer questions.
I just called...the receptionist is extremely rude and NOT helpful or sympathetic AT ALL. NOT a nice place. Also, when did the health care system become such CRAP?! I have to take 2 buses or pay 50$ for taxi JUST to go and have an ultrasound!?!? RIDICULOUS!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Bellefeuille for over 25 years. She is patient, knowledgeable, has a sense of humour and friendly. A good listener and very sympathetic. She will offer alternatives to your health issue and if it does not work, you are encouraged to follow up. Carmen
