Excellent facilities, 15 minute consultations (5 minutes more than most) and pleasant staff.
Tried to book via the new system for an urgent appointment which said this system is temporary unavailable. Phone call to the receptionist, explaining the situation. Appointment made for today. Excellent service by all concerned making this elderly person a very happy chappy. (apparently elderly is 66-71 & old age is 72-77 😁😶)
So glad to finally be leaving this surgery - unfortunately most reception staff are very rude and severely lack basic communication skills. The only positive I would say is the use of their new app, though apart from this the surgery is very disorganised.
I edited my review just because I think even this Gp is not that effective, I still respect the ppl who work there and Dr Ellis used to help me a lot when I feel ill, so hope it can helps with my recent head injuries concerns in expediting the service and referral. thanks
