Will never be coming here again. Only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because there was one compassionate nurse whom I appreciated. Other than that, all the triage nurses gave off an impatient vibe, even to the elderly. They were not discrete about the questions they asked and repeated our conditions/medications out loud to a waiting room full of people. Got there at 6:30 pm and left at 10:30 pm. Only go here if you want to waste your time, the doctors don't care about you and only want to see you for a few minutes and leave without proper treatment. I waited 3 hours to be seen and when I was able to see the doctor, she wouldn't let me talk and explain the situation and at the end told me I need to go see my family doctor for a test and just moved to the next patient without even explaining about the what's happening. They just want your ohip money
How grateful I am to have access to a place like this in my city. At a time where medical workers are so overworked due to limited resources, the staff here offered a level of care to me that was outstanding. Every nurse, technician, support staff and doctor treated me with such kindness and offered me such comfort. I was alone and anxious about my visit and every single interaction I had made me feel safe and cared for. Thank you so much, you are all so appreciated.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I arrived at 8:40 p.m., with the posted closing time being 9:00 p.m. On a quiet Sunday evening, there was no one in the waiting room, yet I was told to go elsewhere for treatment of a severe hand burn because they were “at capacity.” What made the experience even more disappointing was seeing doctors and nurses standing around chatting and laughing while I was being turned away without an assessment. If the clinic truly was at capacity, I would have appreciated a clear explanation.... read more
