Service from the triage team and registration staff were very helpful and friendly.The nurses were very efficient.The only wait time was for the doctor but they did promise to be attended within 2 to 4 hours and that promise was kept. I do understand that with the shortage of doctors they do the best they can.Kudos to them..Overall experience was great
Worst experience ever. Was referred here by a doctor for an urgent test to be done. We reached there around 7:00pm and it was open till 9 pm. We waited for about an hour and a half for the registration itself. Once registered around 8:30pm, we asked the front staff if they'll be open till late to get everyone checked and the answer was yes. Came here on a Friday afternoon shortly after 3 pm for a small but timely issue because my family doctor was not available and I risk being de-rostered if I go to a regular walk-in clinic. Saw many positive reviews on here about quick service so I was optimistic. I waited 3 hours to see a doctor, felt very rushed as they were very busy, and the doctor didn't address the main concern about the reason for my visit. closer to a walk in clinic than any kind of "urgent care". bathroom that is supposed to be wheelchair accessible doesn't even have an automatic button or any way for wheelchair users to open the door. triage workers are rude, and I heard them being really snarky to patients who were as nice as they come and have no discretion. a worker who was doing someone's intake was loudly repeating back a patient's security questions (i.e. "what is your mother's maiden name") and the whole waiting room could overhear. they also don't cl... read more
