Very nice and clean hospital
Visited this urgent care on Friday.They were extremely unprofessional especially the UC Dr. I went in with a condition I was already aware of however was afraid there were some complications as I was not feeling well and was told to go here.They refused to take any form of xray, blood work and instead right away forced pain killers. They gave me 2 Tylenols, 2 Advils and an extremely strong pain killer all at once. I was very clear I did not want this and even explained I am very sensitive to pain killers. Very kind and compassionate staff and didn't have to wait too long.
Relative goes for surgery on a Thursday, discharge on Saturday. Morning in the hospital is open on the Saturday. Nurse doesn’t know how to handle a fax. Dressing from the surgery is wet and leaking fluid. Now have to go to different hospital to wait at least 3 hours. I’d rather pay for private healthcare.
