I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this garage, especially considering they are part of the Trust My Garage scheme, which I had expected would guarantee a higher standard of workmanship and customer care. My vehicle failed its MOT due to a headlight issue, and the garage advised they would replace it. I want to thank the team at Queensway Garage for their excellent service. They fixed my car coolant leak quickly and professionally. They are very polite and attentive and iam truly appreciate how they fitted me in at short notice. Highly recommended
Had difficulty finding a garage that could MOT an electric car, but Queensway kindly explained why they could do mine. Their customer service is excellent - all the staff I spoke to were friendly and I was kept updated when complete. Would definitely recommend, and return myself in future. Thanks guys!
My Glow plugs were saying i needed to change the Cylinder 3 plug, I called them up and got a very reasonable quote from them and I said I'm not sure if I have a sensor plug, they said without checking them out to double check and could I leave the car with them overnight and I got a phone call from them to say I don't need them, they even checked with Audi for reassurance and was told now I don't. Despite clearly being very busy, the team were able to squeeze me in for an MOT when my appointment elsewhere got cancelled at the last minute the day before expiry. The team earned a new customer today (with more notice in the future I promise!).
