I’ve been consistently impressed with this garage’s customer service. The staff are polite and helpful, taking time to properly understand vehicle issues. What I appreciate most is their honesty - when they encounter problems requiring specialised expertise, they readily recommend other professionals better suited to handle the specific issue. I have only ever used larger garages and dealerships in the past for the annual service and MOT on my car but having become very disappointed with the customer service provided by one particular large nationwide garage I have been using, I was looking for somewhere else that was local to me. On the recommendation of a friend, I used Queensway Garage for the first time this year. My car received excellent care and attention and so did I as the customer. Excellent customer service. We're very happy with the work they've carried out on 2 of our vehicles. We had a tricky issue with one of our cars last year and they found a solution that was cheaper than we initially thought it would be. They also recently squeezed one of our cars in at short notice to do quite a bit of work on which they did in a day then delivered our car back to us afterwards to save me a bus trip which I really appreciated. I want to thank the team at Queensway Garage for their excellent service! They helped me fix a noise problem with my car’s exhaust system quickly and professionally. Everyone was very polite and attentive, and I truly appreciated how they worked with me to keep the repair costs as low as possible without compromising quality.
