Called, spoke to someone who was very pleasant. Had some water damage and needed support. Said that they would call back to arrange a time. Never did. Called back to confirm, said they had to check their schedule and weather, never called back. A representation of how they may do work if you were able to actually book work for them to be done. Road rage incident involving two of the workmen. Screamed at me for over an hour and blocked me into a parking spot. Was only able to leave when someone else came to help. The classy guy told me to "go ahead and call the owner" because he wouldn't care. Seems like an A+ business to me. How about you vet your employees first.
I was run off the road and involved in a hit and run with one of their vans. Driver scraped the side of my vehicle on the 417 after tailgating me and me moving over. Police reports were filed. Classy business
