My condo complex seems to choose the least expensive method, which is good for our pocketbook, but in the end the company, for instance here, Queensway caulking, left plastic all over the ground amongst the grass and newly layered dirt. It’s been here since the fall when they started the project and they’ve left whatever else they’ve started up in the spring on the ground too Very unprofessional:(

Called, spoke to someone who was very pleasant. Had some water damage and needed support. Said that they would call back to arrange a time. Never did. Called back to confirm, said they had to check their schedule and weather, never called back. A representation of how they may do work if you were able to actually book work for them to be done. Trust the reviews and find another company.
