I spent over 10 hours waiting to see a doctor, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. No one should have to wait that long for medical attention, especially when they're already feeling unwell. I understand that emergency departments can be busy, but a 10-hour wait is far beyond what should be considered acceptable. We arrived at the hospital at 3:00 PM and weren't seen by a doctor until 2:00 AM. Waiting 11 hours to see a doctor is completely unacceptable. How is it possible that a hospital of this size, with so many patients, has only one doctor available? This level of staffing is simply unacceptable and creates an incredibly frustrating experience for patients who need timely medical care.

I’m from other city and visited Ottawa for my daughter’s tournament. My finger got smashed with gym weights and my ring got out of shape and got stuck in my hands . The nurses were so friendly and helped to get the ring out with so much care , but the ring so so much damaged that they had to finally cut . They made a clean cut and sent me home . All took was 20-30 mins from the time of registration to exit . Great care and pleasant experience.

Stay home, it will be better than coming to this hospital. More than 12 hours of waiting to see a doctor, in addition to the waiting time for medical tests and the waiting time for the results. It's a total lack of respect. Elderly people are cold, hungry, and in pain in uncomfortable chairs for almost 24 hours.

I have never witnessed as much disrespect for patients in my life as in this hospital. We have been waiting for 12 hours with an elderly woman with a serious head fracture. The doctor did not see her at any time and sent us back to the reception, because, due to the extreme disorganization of the team, they did not send my mother to the correct care room to monitor her signs.
