We are grateful for the doctors and nurses at Queensway Carleton Hospital's ER. My child had a high fever due to an ear infection. The nurses treated us with utmost respect and care. Dr. Mazereeuw took his time diagnosing and monitoring my upsetting child. We were in and out in just over two hours. Thank you very much for your exceptional service!
I have great respect for the staff and doctors who are doing their absolute best under tough conditions. I took my wife through the ER today, and despite the wait, the care and dedication shown during her treatment were exceptional. 👌 While waiting, I overheard that many staff — nurses, doctors, and support workers — are putting in long hours, often 16+ hour shifts. Er nurse was very hostile and uncompassionate. Insensitive and elder abuser. May 17th 2025. 8:00pm My son was there for mental health and she wouldn't let me his mother be with him. She mad his mental health worse. And created traumatic experience for him. We have been struggling big time. He is disabled and she refused me to be with him. Neat place! I had my first CT Scan about my sinuses there. The nurses put me on the table of the CT Scan and there, I had my headband put and then That happened, I did bravely in the CT Scan room.
Today at 17h20 i was badly received by two nurses in cubicles D room in queensway emergency, on sunday they made me a very thight cast that get my hand swollen, i returned to have a solution, but when she start cutting the cust she hurts le two times and we can see the blood!
