When we walked in at 7am: 8hr wait time posted. Ok. Expected. 11am: There's only one Doctor working the entire ER. Wait time posted 12h+. Couple next to us had been waiting since 2:30am. 3pm: Had to get my sister to replace me. Mom's home safe, but thank you Doug Ford for that WONDERFUL Ontario Healthcare experience.
I highly recommend this hospital for emergencies. I came in at 2pm and was out by 8pm on a Wednesday. All of the staff were extremely kind, professional and thorough. I also noticed they were all very professional and patient with a woman that was difficult and consistently trying to barge into every room
The care you get in the B2 area is horrible..nurses are ignorant well a few... when it comes to seniors the family members should be also contacted for updates if there not remembering talking to a doctor or else how can the family help if we dont know whats going on unless we go there and see something more serious when we arrive there in person..very unacceptable not to mention never answering the phone smh
