Terrible receptionist. Bad attitude
Absolute joke of a practise. The nurse is impossible to book in with, and when you can wrangle an appointment she’s running at least 30-40 mins behind. No regard for your time or whether you have work or not.
I struggled to get an appointment and when i was seen by the doctor, i was told my problem wasn’t serious enough and that i’m wasting resources even though i’ve been to hospital for the same problem, she also said i was a waste of resources, i had a miscarriage 2 months ago and i’m pregnant again so my concern is valid, i’m 17 years old and assumed my doctor would be more empathetic then what she was, i left the surgery in tears and feeling worthless, if this is common practice at this surgery then i feel sorry for every oth... read more
