They don't have any trained mechanics, staff is so rude, arrogant and just want to rip off customers. My wipers were not working which they couldn't fix but checked the motor, wiring and the fuses. They called me again after a week and checked the same things what they checked last week and charged me $500 stating they charged for the time consumed to check it. They told me that they needed to order parts to repair my car and would call me back. They never called. Typical Queenstown service. Atrocious.
