Really good customer service especially from the mechanic, super friendly!
Vehicle was involved in a front end accident, it was sent to Queenstown Motor group after the repairs were completed to calibrate the front end sensors. They had my car five times and could not work out what was wrong with the sensors, and kept telling me it was the settings being played with. Eventually I got sick of the mucking around and asked their Dunedin branch (where I brought the car) to have a look. Fantastic service for a warning light coming on - thanks team
Bought a car from a private seller who has since turned out to be a mechanic at Queenstown motor group. The service book was stamped and stickered for a full service and wheel alignment however upon calling the garage they had no record this was completed. I took the car to another garage who confirmed a number of areas ticked on the service could not have been completed. I appreciate it is not the garage who has fraudulently completed the service book so I do not believe it is their fault however as their employee used his ... read more
