We had to walk in and find an older gentleman sitting behind a counter before we received any help with looking at a new Kia Sorento. One he finally helped us by taking us to a car to look at both the exterior and the interior, he grumpily told us that our 3 (well behaved and polite) children were not allowed to it in the car and had to get out right away. Poor service, called then in the morning waiting for over 5 hours and no answer. Went there to get a quote for a sensor and the guy said that part need to be order overseas and will take 3 weeks to arrive. I asked if the part that I need can get on ebay and his said that one is wrong and couldn't give me the right one and laughing at my face. Very professional

Poor quoting system in place as they quote over the phone. I recommend getting a written quote so there's no mis understanding upon payment.
