Terrible customer service. Requested an extremely simple quote. Provided my contact information and requested if they could provide it the next day. Has been two days, multiple phone calls. Not sure if these guys are in business anymore, or plan to be.
The team at Queentown Auto Services is great. We’ve seen them a few times now and they give honest advice about your vehicle and charge fair prices rather than trying to make a quick buck. Would recommend!

Incredibly impressed and grateful for the awesome service. Called and explained the rubbish situation we were in on our short break with our car breaking down and another garage. They squeezed us in last min. They FULLY listened to the faults we had experienced. Within 15 mins had run a diagnostic, worked out what part was needed and ordered it.
