We bought a leased car from these guys. and they messed up our ownership so badly, our car has now been seized by the police, and GM is absolutely refusing to do anything to help. Haseeb was the one is now running us around, telling us we somehow messed up the paperwork to Service Ontario. Haseeb has essentially taken our car away from us, and is refusing any responsibility of it.
Read all your documents before you sign especially insurance and warranty that they try to sell.I had unfair deal.The warranty is a scam,the gap insurance is not necessary, I was sold a Lemon, bad wheel bearing, bad strut ,check engine light on too much to list would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My lost their gain.Ive reach out to John Ross as requested also his associates but they refused to reach out to me ,they refused to return your phone call. That's not the way to treat a customer.
Just purchased our new to us Tahoe! Billy and Chanel were absolutely fantastic to deal with, made the purchase so easy! Rishi made the pickup so seamless! Edit: There was miscommunication on their end regarding a few things prior to purchase, which Billy was able to rectify. Unfortunately once the car was purchased and financing was finished, the lack of communication from anyone at the dealership has been very disappointing.
