Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. if you have an issue with your order/delivery, they will let the phone ring out and they won't answer. They also charge the most expensive delivery charge for the worst requirements I have ever come across and I work for a courier company myself. I purchased a Queensons bed from a store in Mississauga, Ontario. Unfortunately after 6 months, relocating to new condo, I misplaced some slats . When I visited the store where I bought it from, they also had closed.Then i decided to contact Queensons and to my delight, they promptly provided replacement slats at no cost. Their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I received the slats on the same day. I extend my sincere gratitude to Queensons for their exceptional service.
