I ‘ve had the same experience as what I see others post on here about this place. The staff including their boss Betty is very unprofessional. When people say they are rude, they are extremely rude and have no sense of good customer service at all. They seem to only care more about their existing patients. If you are new, they do not care much if you become their customer or not. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
Super RUDE staff. Stay away from this place if you value your dignity. You've been warned!
Extremely rude and unprofessional especially if they make a mistake. I asked to speak with someone regarding a question about my medication and was put on hold without explanation multiple times over the course of fifteen minutes. When a pharmacist finally came over the phone , she accused me of not wanting to call a number for the makers of the medication - when I hadn’t even been given an explanation for why I was on hold. the staff is so helpful and the pharmacist is very caring.
I'm been with this pharmacy for almost 5 years. Very professional staff. Specially ruksana. Pharmacists I believe her name is Betty very polite and caring.. I definitely will recommend to get the prescription from them .
