I went to see Dan yesterday about replacing my side window, and he had it swapped over in no time. While he was at it, he also noticed and fixed another issue that needed attention. Dan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the time and care he took to make sure everything was sorted properly. I live out of town. I used to love this shop and rocked their stickers on different utes and tool boxes. I've told people from outside CQ to call about difficult parts. Now I can't get call backs about parts anymore. Been told to "just come in and look" on other parts that I've asked about (2 hr trip each way). I've tried to keep the money in CQ but I haven't got the time to keep chasing a business to take my money.

Rude receptionist that takes the calls. Uses words like obviously and will just hang up on you if she feels like you aren't worth the quick bye
