Love the new premises. Very spacious and clean. Very nice layout, with parking beneath and a lift up to the reception area. We have been seen very quickly on all occassions. All the staff we have met have been wonderful. My daughter hurt her foot recently so within a fortnight we have used this service for an x-ray then an ultrasound and finally an MRI. Great customer service and I would definitely use again. Hopefully not for awhile though 😀
Disappointing experience. Queensland X-Ray required the patient to be accompanied by someone who could drive them home following the intervention, yet that same close family member was not permitted to be present during the ultrasound. If a patient specifically wishes to have a close family member present for support, there should be no reason they cannot remain with them during an ultrasound, provided the patient has given their consent.
