I called to book an appointment- the lady was outright rude! She responded to questions like I was disturbing her peace and she would not increase her voice a little to help me hear better to better understand and respond. When I mentioned about the low volume and that I couldn’t hear her clearly, that was straight out ignored! Back to her monotonous tone.
