Excellent, the staff are excellent & so is the service
Normally a good experience going to Lake St. unfortunately this time, had to attend at Westcourt, Cairn’s. Receptionist, Nicki was very rude and arrogant. In general, lacked people skills and respect. Incapable of a smile, unless mocking when a nurse called my name, she laughed and said, “that would be you”. Just not a good experience. Very narky young lady.
