I recently had an HSG procedure performed by the wonderful Felicia, supported by Kate and Angie. I was understandably nervous, having read that the procedure can be quite painful, but I truly couldn’t have asked for a more incredible team. I had a very concerning experience when calling QLD xray mater private regarding an HSG procedure booking. At around 10:20am on 11 May, I called to arrange an appointment and spoke with a male staff member with a feminine voice. He asked what cycle day I was on, and when I answered Day 2, I was told that HSG procedures must be performed on Day 1 of the menstrual cycle and that I would therefore need to wait until my next cycle to book.
