Queensland X-Ray was one of the few centres that actually answered the phone and helped me book an appointment. I even called after hours to redirect my results to a new GP, and they handled it quickly and kindly. Super friendly and professional. It is rare to get this kind of service these days!
The service was excellent and the person doing the XRay could not have been more caring. The whole process was done in a very professional way.
I had my MRI around 7pm. The MRI lady was exceptionally professional, friendly and attentive to my claustrophobia concerns. I’m international student and experienced other X-rays was rude to international and don’t want to solve problems but mater Queensland Everything went well. They even helped with my insurance and talked with them also to help This was one of the best medical services I’ve ever received. I really appreciate July 7 around 7 pm lady in reception Thank you ☺️

Reception staff are professional, welcoming and respectful. The technicians are calm, knowledgeable and take the time to explain each step clearly. Every experience has been reliable and reassuring.
