The lady receptionist at Highfields was very warm & friendly on our arrival. She was considerate to our having to have to travel to get there. Super helpful when my son couldn't find his Medicare card.
I was very happy with my visit here. It is local and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. Finding a park can be difficult around 2:30 as I suspect the childcare centre close by use some at puck up time. Perhaps Qld x-ray could label some parks exclusively for their clients

The service was prompt and efficient from the technical staff, but I do feel the girls in reception could be a bit more friendly and to put on a smile once in a while woukd be nice. 😃 I also find it strange that the exact same service can have different prices based on who refers for it, specialist or ordinary dentist... This implies you are not paying for what you get but something else up or down 'the line'.
