Kindness and care with explanations of each step. Very impressive service.
The staff was nice but… when I asked how long the wait would be, I was told approximately 20 minutes. I have now been waiting for OVER 90 minutes with no updates or explanation. I am in pain, I feel there has been very little consideration for patients with reduced mobility, and no communication from staff about the delay. I understand hospitals can get busy but I would appreciate clearer communication and more considerate treatment… I don’t mind the waiting but be clear since the beginning!!!!!! All staff at St Vincent’s were respectful and explained clearly the procedure. They were very caring!
