Booked in for a PRP injection on a very painful knee. Taringa clinic rang and cancelled 30 minutes prior to the appointment while I was half way there on the Ipswich motorway because we were travelling from the other side of Ipswich. Very upset about their unprofessional and uncaring approach. Even though I am retired I contacted another provider on the same day and was able to get the treatment at a higher cost unfortunately.
