Waiting period not long and staff very efficient
I would like to thank all staff at Queensland x. Ray Logan i had mri all wonderful team i was very nervous thay keep me very calm thank you 😊
Mostly RECEPTION was bad but even the x-ray experience. Thank god I’ve gotten a lot of x-rays before because if I hadn’t I would have been more lost and confused. Three reception ladies sitting there, not acknowledging my existence at all. The one of the ladies furthest away from me to bluntly say “I can see you.” No hello, no sorry for the wait, no information about the x-ray or waiting time etc. The only words spoken to me were that and “Medicare card” and “you can sit down”.
