I’ve attempted several times to provide private feedback, but emails are being rejected. I recently had two MRI appointments. During the first, instructions were not clearly explained beforehand, and communication during the scan was unclear as staff spoke from behind glass while I wore earplugs and headphones. This caused unnecessary distress. Clear pre-scan instructions would have prevented this.
