We have always had such a positive experience with Queensland X-Ray Capalaba. Our daughter has a communication disability and needs support when attending appointments. Unfortunately, in other healthcare settings she has sometimes been made to feel as though needing a support person is a problem, but we have never experienced that here. Every staff member we have dealt with (every visit) has been kind, respectful and accommodating, and they simply allow us to support our daughter without making an issue of it. Been twice in my one week, and the same lady receptionist both visits welcomed every single person with kindness, was super helpful and overall friendly vibe. Keep her 🥰
Walk-in for x-ray but wait times over 45 minutes even for 2-3 people before me. I guess the x-ray process takes time, so plan accordingly. Friendly and helpful staff who were very kind to me and others.
