We have taken our bulldog Auckland here twice in the last week with a really bad gastrointestinal issue. All the staff I had spoken with from reception to nurses and the vet have been amazing. They genuinely love what they do and show kindness to patients and their owners. Shona was the receptionist who I have seen on a few occasions this week is lovely as are the other girls. I honestly think everyone at the clinic is amazing. Everyone is incredibly professional, genuinely caring, and you can see that everyone always puts people and their pets at the centre of everything they do. In what can be a really stressful situation at times, the staff always make me feel supported and confident that my pet Ebony is in the best possible hands. I regularly tell people how amazing the clinic is and how grateful I am for the care that Dr Inar and the medical team provides to Ebony.

Perfect work by Jaslee and Mia from the team at QVS. Immediately answered my questions and reassured any concerns I had. We also were able to see a triage nurse within five minutes of arriving. Could not ask for better work.

The Queensland Veterinary Specialists have treated 2 of my dogs. Millie over an extended period and Onyx with middle of the night emergency which sadly ended with euthenasia. QVS went above and beyond with Millie who needed specialist treatment. The way they handled the emergency with Onyx who was 19 was with great care and professionalism and their procedures with both animals and their owners during euthenasia I found second to none.
