Caring staff both reception and vet Thank you 😊 🙏
The daft dog hurt his nail/claw on a Saturday night so took him in. Vet nurse on counter had a quick look and spoke to someone out back (vet perhaps?) who advised there isn't much we can do and the injury is likely nothing serious. Advised there is a significant wait and to just bandage him up and take him to his regular vet during the week. They could've had me waiting around and charged me a fortune but they didn't, have to appreciate that. Doggo is now fine :)
Great local emergency vet clinic. Nothing flashy, no up selling just good practice and walk in convenience.
We have taken our bulldog Auckland here twice in the last week with a really bad gastrointestinal issue. All the staff I had spoken with from reception to nurses and the vet have been amazing. They genuinely love what they do and show kindness to patients and their owners. Shona was the receptionist who I have seen on a few occasions this week is lovely as are the other girls. Amen for pet insurance as we only had to pay the gap in what would have been around 12 thousand dollars of vet fees. The fees here are ridiculously ex... read more
