I called this company as I was given a contact number and told to call QVCC ( I had no idea what this company did or who they are) So i asked the receptionist what it is they do and she was so rude it was unbelievable. She replied ummm I've never been asked that before? & chuckled. She didn't want to answer or help me try and understand what service they offered. Communication is abysmal, no reply to emails, even after re sending a request a reply for a response. Paperwork never seems to be found and I'm just over it. Bad customer service in general. 😞 Posting on behalf of my cousin who doesn't have a Gmail account.
Amazing service and experience. Persist to getting through with phone calls as the clinical care is second to none. I'm so pleased with QVCC and would recommend them over any other audiologist without hesitation.
Appalling customer service. Telephone message: “ leave a message, we’ll get back to you”. Don’t expect a call. Never happens. Nor do they answer the phone. Try someone else. You’ll actually get service
