Cannot believe there are negative reviews for this company. From start to finish my experience working with Queensland Stairs has been phenomenal. The office staff went above and beyond to ensure my dream stair came to life. They walked me through all the processes involved and when I say I love my stairs, I mean I LOVE my stairs!!! Thank you so much guys. I will definitely return when next in need.

Best quality stairs and great service
Queensland Stairs were engaged as part of our residential build. While the initial stair installation was adequate, the experience since has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When damage occurred to several stair treads (caused by another trade, who promptly agreed to cover the cost and provided full funds), Queensland Stairs refused to supply the replacement treads — despite already having been paid for the original work and despite the replacement being fully funded and unrelated to any dispute.
