I called to say I was going to be 5 mins late well in advance, the clinic said they wouldn’t see me and wanted to charge a significant rebooking fee. Disappointing as a fist time customer.
I saw Dr Sam Scuderi today, he was extremely thorough with my skin check, and very knowledgeable about how to help my rosacea and dermatitis. Also generally just a pleasant guy and really easy to talk to, the nurse I met was also lovely. Thanks Dr Sam and team, Carolyn.
