Ordered 8 window hoods for a quick two week turn around. They were made and delivered as described with no fuss or complication. I was impressed!
I came in today looking for guidance, but was disappointed by the lack of assistance. One of the receptionists handed me an order form and merely pointed at the roof sheet samples, assuming I had expert knowledge in the field. As a customer, I expected some explanation or support to help make the right choice. Instead, I felt dismissed and unacknowledged. Clear communication and basic customer service would have gone a long way.
Long-term business customer, but they don't value that at all. QLD Sheetmetal increase prices without informing their customers (we are on an account with them). It's always a surprise getting the invoice from them, because the same thing you order one week is a completely different price the next week. Then you're told they will fix the price, and they supposedly have, then you get the end of month statement and they try to get you to pay what they originally charged (and not the updated price like they said they would).
