Do not put your caravan or RV on consignment with these people. They had mine for 4 months and during this time I received no feedback or phone call regarding interest or inspections despite being on their Web page and advertised elsewhere by them. I enquired 3 times and received a brief reply to say feedback is only given when an interested buyer is found. No mention of clicks on the ad on their site or walk in interest. Mark and team were really nice, friendly and so helpful in making sure you buy the right Motorhome for you.
Customer service and care is exemplary here. Sales team are extremely knowledgeable! They do not breathe down your neck or follow you around trying to sniff out a sale. They leave yoh alone to peruse but are willing to assist you in the yard as soon as you need them. Thanks for a great experience.
