The dr for eeg is always amazing to deal with, however the person on reception could not be more condescending and cold. On more than one occasion she has been extremely rude on the phone. This morning she answered the call witn Isabella are you still there? Me no I'm not Isabella I'm a patient needing to know what floor number my appointment is on. Her... well it's in the email. They managed to arrange earlier appointment for us when someone else cancelled so we didn’t have to wait for months! Helpful and pleasant reception, very good experience with our paediatrician Dr. Kai too.

Not the reliable safe alternative to public health care that we were promised. Been coming here since day 1 years and years ago. From the complete fail of a mixed health and allied health practice that wasted so much of our time before disintegrating, to now being fundamentally let down by the medical side. So truly devastated to be changing my previously 5 star review to this but it's necessary.
Dr Fletcher and the team are wonderful. My son is doing very well, a remarkable difference in the past 12 months. It's great to have multiple follow up phone consultations bulk billed and medications monitored.
