Extremely disappointed with valuation in terms of due diligence, fairness and accuracy. Not a large company like insurers would have you believe - just one guy named Troy who is basically a sell-sword that heavily favors whoever is paying his invoice.
I must say that Troy (QMV) was very pleasant and prompt in doing my car valuation. It was a relatively easy process and he was helpful and professional in his manner. Thank you.
