I was scheduled for PRK surgery but QLV recommended that I do not proceed with the surgery because I would be worse of with my farsighted vision and it would not benefit me long term. I was disappointed that I was not a suitable candidate but I appreciated the honesty and professionalism that Dr. Conrad displayed. My experience with QLV was fantastic from start to finish. Not only was the surgery at a competitive price but the team were friendly and very helpful in guiding me through the process. I felt taken care of throughout (thank you Caitlyn, Katherine, Bronwyn, Diana!). The laser surgery itself was quick and comfortable, with little waiting time and high quality aftercare support especially in the early recovery stages. My vision is now the best it has been in decades and I'm very grateful! Would definitely recommend!
I had prk done about 2 month's ago and am very happy with the results so far. My right eye has taken longer to heal due to some previous scar tissue but everything has been explained to me and I know that it will get better with time. Not having to wear glasses anymore is life changing and I would recommend getting it done. The whole team there are professional and friendly which made the whole experience excellent.
