It’s been nearly three months since I’ve been glasses-free, thanks to the amazing QLV team. The way Nurse Claire with the red hair spoke to me while inquiring about my Mum’s surgery was appalling. I will process my concerns further and in more detail but why is she working as a nurse if she can’t speak to people with dignity. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I have loved my experience with QLV, from Gayle at the front of house to the aftercare appointments with Bron, it's been fantastic. Not to mention my eye sight now I don't need glasses, fantastic! Can and will recommend to anyone considering!
Nervous, scared, unsure? Don't be! The team at Queensland Laser Vision are top notch. They are informative, empathetic and supportive. From the start the team have shown great care and communication.
