My appointment was on time, the two dermatologists that saw me were excellent. Professional and friendly!
I would not recommend this dermatology practice. I came in hoping to explore more affordable options for treating a skin condition but left extremely disappointed. During my first consultation, I was seen by three different doctors and was requested to provide the three previous lab results related to the case. They obtained the first one immediately. Each time I have come here I have been seen too no earlier than 30 minutes before my appointment time
QIDerm says "Quality patient care is our highest priority”, but my first experience was anything but. Doctor was 45-mins late and spent about five minutes with me where there was no warmth or care. Purely clinical. Had to chase results of a test three months later despite being told it would take roughly six weeks.
