Super easy experience for me. 30 mins and all was done. I wish the parking was a bit better for loading and unloading. If you plan on trailering a car there you'll probably have to double park on the street, but that was fine for me. I wish you could phone the place instead of the head office. I'm not sure why they don't allow that. But as long as you have everything it's very painless.
