What an absolute joke of a company, had a wovi inspection booked for over 3 months and a few days before the inspection sent me a email which I never received stating my time has moved from the original 12:30 to 12. Arrived at 12:05 nice and early for my original inspection booked over 3 months ago to be told I’m 5 minutes late and too bad. I have taken a few cars here and also on occasion, my wife has. It cant be easy for these guys, lots of "characters" coming in with paperwork not correct, language challenges. Take all that's needed, be organised, treat with respect and politeness, and it's a painless process. I think considering what they have to do, they do it pretty well and also with honesty and common sense.
I had an outstanding experience with Dez at QIS in Burleigh Heads. He went above and beyond, even staying after his shift to help me finalise my last documents. I’ve never been treated with more respect and patience. He made an unfamiliar process feel comfortable and straightforward, and I genuinely appreciate the effort he put in. Highly recommend Dez and the team at QIS — truly exceptional service.
